I apologies for the lack of updates the last few days, I had been experiencing really bad back pain. It started Wednesday night and really kept me from having good workouts on Thursday and Friday. I decided not to post them, because they were nothing like they should have been. I basically had to just search for exercises I could do that didn’t bother my back as much. The workouts were not good representations of how I normally preform at the gym.
I went to the chiropractor on Friday and This morning and the back is feeling much better now. I’m hoping that I will be back to lifting like I normally do from here on out. I took it a lil easy on today’s lower body workout, bc I did not want to risk making it bad again. I will post an update for Monday and today’s log right after this one. including week 2 starting pictures and weight.
I have received some comments from people asking me to post videos from my workouts, so I plan to start doing that ASAP. I hope you are enjoying this log ,so far and thank you for keeping up with it.
