First off can I tell you how great it felt to finally get back into the gym today, no more distractions. I did feel a bit weaker, but that’s normal and that should disappear very soon.

Starting Stats: 188.6lbs(very embarrassed to post this, but I’m going to bc I want it to provide me the motivation to never let my weight drop this low again. See when I said I was a hard gainer still and have to eat a ridiculous amount of calories to maintain my weight, I was not kidding.)

I’ve decided that this time after I reach 200lbs I will never allow my weight to drop bellow it again. My goal of this 5 months is to gain as much size as possible(but I do not want to sacrifice my definition to do so)

Here are my before pictures:(notice the significant lack of size as compared to the previous logs ending photos.) All Pictures taken without  pumping up. The lighting is horrible too, bc I look way more out of shape than I actual am, but for consistency purposes all weekly pics will be taken under same conditions.

It’s what one would call a work-in-process! Don’t be ashamed. You’re going in the right direction.
But I’m a little confused though. You’re taking Halo which most guys cant stand the taste, then Scivation Extend(which a glorfied glutimine) and Met Rx Revolution, plus Cellucor Growth Pack. How do you they are all working for you? How do you know one is not conflicting with the other? Are you getting enough bulk in you diet? What’s with the chicken? Why not some fish? How much H2O in your day?
After trying the CELLUCOR P6, I could tell right away that it was working for me. This stuff is great! It’s better than any other T-product I’ve tryed by miles. I would definately recommend it to other hard gainers.

Its definitely a work in progress and always will be, once you stop working you start settling. I’m not ashamed knowing how far I have already came, I’m just frustrated to see how far I have dropped back from where I was. I love the taste of Halo and Its been my favorite recover drink for a while now. Scivation extended is what I sip on during my workouts to preserve muscle without taking in extra carbs. Met-Rx revolution was just a sample pack I had form the Arnold, I usually just stick with ON 100% Whey. The combination of cellucor, halo, and extend is the same combination that got me the great results before my first competition last year. Not saying it works for everyone, but I do what works for me. I use water to make all my shakes and drinks through out the day and drink at least a half gallon during my workouts. I love Chicken, replaced the fish a few months back bc I had gotten sick of after eating previously for over a year straight. It will be added back pretty soon. I’m checking out my calories this week to see where I’m at and will be gradually adding in some more, but appetite is huge obstacle for me(being a hard gainer). P6 is definitely legit, I have never experienced anything like it and my training just wouldn’t be the same without it that’s for sure. Highly, highly recommend product for others looking to take their training to a whole new level.
