I just started carb cycling and I'm noticing a difference already. Still tweaking and figuring out what works, but I see the lower belly fat slowly dropping and more definition!! I was thinking about the carb load method, but I'll see how this works first for a while. Some people go all week low carb then carb load on weekends from what I've heard.

I find two types of diet programs work best for loosing that stubborn fat. 1.)Carb cycling, 2.)Carb loading. I will give brief examples of both here, but I'm going to write a more in depth post on diet programs later this week. Carb cycling you alternate how many grams of carbs you consume on a daily basis(you have your no carb days, low carb days, medium carb days and high carb days) You try to plan them around your workout schedule. Example high carb day on your hardest workout day. For carb loading you would consume a low carb diet for most of the week and every so many days you would either do a carb load day or meal(I recommend just doing a meal, so you don't over due it). So for your carb load you would go low carb high protein mon-wed and then the last meal on Wednesday night would be your carb load meal. Hope this helps and keep checking back I should have the diet programs article posted before the end of the week.
