I have been really busy lately and have not been able to offer my online personal training for a while. However after receiving numerous request to bring it back I have given in and decided to start it up again.
The number of online clients I will be able to accept is going to be a limited few, because I just won’t have theĀ time necessary to make and keep up with everyone’s routines if I allow too many.

I do not believe it is fair to charge everyone the same price for a given plan, because some require less work than others and some require more of my time than others. For this reason after you submit your request I will e-mail you back with your custom quote, if its acceptable then I will tell you what other information I require to get your plan put together as well as give you my paypal information so you can make payment.
Information to provide for custom quote
1.)Name, Age, Gender
2.)What type of plan you require; nutrition and workout, only nutrition, only workout
3.)Your broad term goal: Weight loss or Muscle Gain?
4.)Specific goal: Target specific areas (tone) arms, legs, etc, (Increase size) of chest, back, triceps, etc, Full body workout, or anything else you are trying to achieve
5.)Length of plan required; do you want a 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 month plan?
6.) Do you want complete plan at once or do you want updates with progress?
