I’m not a huge fan of fad diet programs, but I have had several request from women asking me about it. So here are the details I could find about it.  Basically looks like any regular diet plan but replaces meal replacement shakes with slim fast products(no surprise there).

With the Holidays already here I thought I would take the time to make a short post about not letting the Holidays ruin all your progress. Its ok to enjoy some time off and be more relaxed on your diet during the Holidays, but you don’t want it to ruin your fitness goals altogether.
