I definitely agree with you here and have a situation like that now. I started working out again last May-after life and injuries- and had to do the research to find out what works for me. I have seen program after program from people who don't have the body to back their program. Anyway, I saw a guy doing an exercise wrong last week and corrected him- can't sit and watch somebody do stuff wrong I know how counterproductive injuries are. Later he asked me if he could workout with me, and I personally don't believe I'm the guy to look to, but I'll tell what I know!! I agreed, but when the following week came about I thought about the fact that I'm doing an arm specialization plan, and I can tell by his body shape that he needs to build foundation. I told him my personal thoughts are he came in at the wrong time b/c I was back to basic a month ago, and he obviously wants to do a bunch of everything and I have to constantly tell him the focus is arms and everything is maintenance. I can attest to the fact that basics are essential before fine tuning! I look forward to what's ahead? I found your site on BB.com while looking for some P6 info and came across the log. Great job my friend and very helpful information!
