February 6-7
I decided to take both Saturday and Sunday and utilize them as rest and recovery days. I needed it and my body felt much better afterwords. I think I may continue to take the weekends off for a while just to ensure I’m allowing proper recovery time for my muscles.

Squats      135/20,  185/10, 185/10, 185/10, 135/20( My back was finally feeling good enough to allow me to do squats, but I still didn’t wanna push it to hard. I’m hoping next week I can be going a lot heavier on my leg training)
